[Carshow] Annual car show registration form

Dear Auto Enthusiasts ,

 

We have finalized the details on the registration form and the classes.  We
have taken the registration numbers from last year and have broken down the
classes that each auto would have a 1 in 10 chance or better of winning a
class, and a 1 in 5 chance of winning a plaque.  We hope that this helps
those that are working towards a plaque.

 

We have also added an incentive program.  If you preregister along with a
new participant, we are going to take $5 off of your entry fee.  

And if you submit 3 new participants along with your preregistration, we
will waive your entry fee completely.

Please notice that this is a pre-register program so we have a chance to
look up your information ahead of time.

 

We are currently seeking businesses that would be interested to donate
towards sponsoring a class for $50.  Or if you know of a product or service
that would like to donate towards the goodie bags.

Please pass my information along to them, or send their information to me
and I will contact them.

 

We have also made arrangements with a local DJ to play music this year for
better entertainment, and also play some games and scavenger hunts.
(Ladies, stock up your purse!)

 

I want to take this chance to thank you for your past interest in the Sparta
Moose Lodge Classic Car Show for charity and hope to see you there again
this summer.  Please pass this information along to any friends or club
members that would enjoy this activity, or participated last year and may
benefit from the new incentive.
