I would like to forward this message to all on the list, if you can help
your business and the Michigan Moose please read on.  This is an opportunity
for businesses to advertise in the convention book that will go to approx
1000 individuals this spring.  You can see the details below, but thought
that some of our members have businesses that do printing, insurance, and
building among others trades that could be used by lodges and businesses
around the state, and here is a way to help the State Moose Association
along with your business.  Or you may also donate $5.00 and be a supporter
of the program book.   Any questions, please contact myself or Bob Staley at
the address below.

Subject: Conference ads

 

Dear Brothers and Co-Workers,

The Michigan Moose Association, in it's endeavor to bring the most
information, in the best possible way, to the most people, will again be
hosting the annual Mid-Year Convention. This year at the Grand Traverse Bay
and Resort on March 26, 27, 28, 29 2009. Your ad in the Convention book
helps to cover some costs involved, making it affordable for all to attend. 
If you sponsored an ad in the past we thank you! We look forward to seeing
you again this year. If you didn't, please consider it. The prices and sizes
for the ads are the same as the last several previous issues. 
Deadline for submitting your ad will be Wednesday March 4th 2009. This date
will be FIRM to allow time for publication. Please NO EXCEPTIONS.

exception of inside front & back covers and outside back cover as noted
below)

amount of $5.00 per request (make sure you include name and lodge/chapter).
Make all checks payable to MICHIGAN MOOSE ASSOCIATION Payment must be
received before deadline to be included.
