[Newsletter] Updates for the Sparta Lodge

We have many things coming up and some new announcements also!  Read on to
find out how to save $20.00!

 

This weekend is the Iron Diva Annual Tournament at the lodge.  Friday and
Sat.   Welcome ladies!

 

Friday night we will have the all you can eat Fish & Chicken dinner for
$7.00 each.  Proceeds will go to the Algoma Little League fund.

The little league will also be selling baked goods for dessert.

Allen DJ'ing and playing Karaoke from 8pm to ???

 

Sunday is breakfast from 9-11 for $5.00 each.

Monday is open menu and Burrito special night from 5-8pm

Tuesday will be build-a-burger.  6-8  $1.00 hamburgers

Wed will be the WOTM Friendship night.  For more information on the
Friendship degree ask a board member of WOTM.

Thursday the kitchen will be open from 5-8 for menu ordering.

Friday Will be Fish & Chicken dinner again 

Sat the 28th will be the WOTM chili cook off at the lodge.  Must have one
member on the team.  $25 entry fee.

 

Now for the new announcements.  We are in the works with our concert
producer to book additional acts here at the lodge.  With the outstanding
response on the April show at near capacity after three hours, it was time
to make some calls.  So we are looking at Jimmy Buffet band July 11th, and
another show for Sept and the final of the year in November.  Watch for
further details.

 

We are currently accepting nominations for the Men's board of officers and
for the Women's board of officers.  Please contact Sean if you are
interested in the Men's board, and you may call 887-7785 x106 for the WOTM. 

 

We have gone through all of the smoke filters in the lodge and upgraded the
filters to improve the climate of the Social Quarters.  Please stop in and
fill out a survey and let us know what you think.

 

We are sending this e-mail to over 700 members with more signing up each
week, please pass this on to members that have email or to those that may be
interested in knowing what is going on at the lodge.  Other members and

***Moose international has announced that they will be waiving the
enrollment fee for March & April if the new member pays the $30 for a
women's app, and $35 for a men's app AND ARE ENROLLED BY MAY 30th.  So sign
your friends now and save them $20.00 in enrollment fees.
